仁濟醫院持續支援大埔宏福苑火災居民累計撥款1.75 億港元 最新推出上調宏志閣緊急援助金及生活津貼方案

仁濟醫院就大埔宏福苑火災的支援工作一直積極推進，至今已累計撥款港幣 1.75 億港元，為受影響居民提供多方位援助。其中發放的緊急援助現金（含援助金、慰問金等）已超過1億港元，預計於 1 月 16 日前完成向大部分住戶發放。

對於宏志閣居民至今仍未能返回居所生活而面臨各種困難的情況，本院已完成內部評估，並持續密切跟進。為使所有受火災影響的居民得到適切支援，本院現推行以下調整方案：

  • 宏志閣每戶緊急援助金由原先兩期合共港幣 20,000 元，調整至兩期合共港幣 50,000 元，與其餘七座大廈住戶的援助總額一致。合資格申請人須為火災當日仍居住於相關單位的居民。
  • 宏志閣每戶八達通生活津貼由每月港幣 1,000 元提高至每月港幣 2,000 元，為期 6 個月。居民最快可於 2026 年 1 月 21 日起，透過現行「一戶一社工」安排領取專屬八達通卡，無須重新填表申請。

我們理解災後復原之路並不容易，本院將繼續與政府各部門保持緊密溝通，審慎考量提供進一步支援的各種方案。

About the Yan Chai Emergency Assistance Relief Fund

The Yan Chai Emergency Assistance Relief Fund (YEAR Fund) was established on 1 December 1992. Its aim is to provide financial assistance to individuals affected by accidents and catastrophes, helping them to navigate through tough times. To date, over 17,000 beneficiaries have received more than 120 million dollars in support.
