Yan Chai Support for Affected Residents of Wang Fuk Court

Yan Chai Hospital has provided emergency relief funds to residents affected by the fire at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po, in the hope that they can overcome this hardship and regain warmth and hope in their lives after the disaster.

How to Apply

1. Applicants may call 8100 7711 the Charitable Funds Department - Supporting for Tai Po Fire Incident for more information.
2. Applicants are welcome to be referred by workers of "one social worker per household".
3. Referral Forms are available at the Charitable Funds Department.
4. After completing the referral form, workers may submit the form to the Charitable Funds Department by the following means:
   • By post; or
   • By fax (fax number: 2412 0245); or
   • By e-mail (e-mail address: [email protected])
