香港仁濟慈善服務籌募經費

仁濟設有慈善基金會，來自社會各界人士的善心款項都存在基金會裡用於幫助有需要的人群。仁濟亦設有遺產捐贈計畫，有捐遺產意願的人士是可聯繫仁濟，將這筆善款很好利用，關懷有需要的社群。捐遺產的途徑有兩種，第一種是悼念捐贈，喪禮帛金或購買悼念花圈費用捐給仁濟，第二種是遺產捐贈，通過訂立捐遺產的遺囑，將這筆財產捐贈醫院。

遺產捐贈流程

遺產捐贈，需要走一定的流程，建議先諮詢提供遺產承辨服務的執業律師。由律師根據捐贈人的財產狀況提供不同的捐贈方式。當捐贈人決定選擇其一個捐贈方式後，委任一位遺囑執行人，再由律師草擬一份專屬遺囑，由捐贈人和見證人簽署。最後將遺產捐贈的情況轉達至親朋好友，確保捐遺產意願能順利實行。捐贈人亦需要通知仁濟有關捐遺產的決定。

  3. The solicitor will draft a will exclusively for you to be signed by you and a witness

  1. Name “Yan Chai Hospital”  as the only beneficiary or one of the beneficiaries of your life insurance policy
  2. Set the proportion of the policy donated to Yan Chai Hospital and return the completed policy proportion notice to the insurance agent. The insurance agent will notify your insurance company for confirmation
