Training Service & Professional Training Centre
Yan Chai Hospital Social Services Department organizes internal and external training courses through Training & Knowledge Management Section and Professional Training Centre to strengthen professional skills for our staff and the public.
Training & Knowledge Management Section is responsible for formulating and implementing training policy. It offers internal staff training courses and subsidy so as to enhance whole agency service quality with humanity. It also renders support and consultation to different service centres and units so that our learning culture could be advocated. Simultaneously, it shoulders social responsibility for developing human capital such as providing practicum for university students.
Yan Chai Hospital Social Services Department set up Professional Training Centre (PTC) in 2014. PTC is a self-financed unit dedicated to enhancing the quality of health care, education, elderly, rehabilitation and children and Youth services through professional courses. Simultaneously, PTC provides various mentor training courses and certification courses to the public.
Quality programs in PTC are basing on the principle of learning to serve the community and responding to social needs. For meeting the need of employment market and equipping teacher, health care and social welfare worker with various skills, we are organizing Professional Health Care Series, International Certification Series, Life Support Series, Counseling and Teaching Support Series Courses.
