Yan Chai Hospital - Family Love Connects Project


Year of Establishment: 2021



Family Love Connects Project was funded by the Bank of China. Using the "self-care theory" as the intervention method and the operation model of "time bank", this project aims to build an inclusive network of elderly families and strengthen the self-care function of the carers through thematic activities such as healthy diet, recreation and physical fitness, so as to relieve the carers' care stress.



Target Service User:

- Carer of YCH community elderly service units; or,

- Carer from the community (aged 18 or above, who are taking care of their elderly family members); or,

- Elderly who lived in the community (aged 60 or above, their carer are the project participants)



1 Main Office and 2 Satellite Centres. Fitness and rehabilitation equipment provided in the Satellite Centres.
