Responsibilities:

  1. To provide clerical support for daily operation of our Dental and Chinese medicine clinics;
  2. To perform the inventory management of Dental services, including: procurement, stock in/out, packing of goods, inventory record, stocktaking, etc.;
  3. To perform general administration and secretarial support to the department and units;
  4. To assist in preparation of written reports and proposals;
  5. To comply with relevant policies, guidelines and directions from the Board; and
  6. To perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  1. High diploma / Associate degree or above, fresh graduate will be considered;
  2. With relevant experience in warehouse and inventory management is preferable;
  3. Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese work processing;
  4. Self-motivated and independent;
  5. Immediate availability is preferred.
