Assistant Supervisor

  1. Responsible for HR functions including record management, compensation & benefits, payroll administration etc.;
  2. Provide office administrative support, including office equipment and facilities repair & maintenance, insurance & license renewal, printing matters etc.;
  3. Assist in reviewing and implementing Admin and HR policies and procedures;
  4. Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on human resources and administrative related issues;
  5. Provide secretarial support to Board of Directors and Committees;
  6. Provide support to various organization functions, events and activities;
  7. Perform ad-hoc project as assigned.



  1. Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
  2. Minimum 3 years office administration and HR experience;
  3. Proactive, pleasant, attention to details, well-organized, accurate and independent with high sense of confidentiality;
  4. Able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines;
  5. Good interpersonal and communications skills;
  6. Good team player with positive and helpful attitude;
  7. Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage);
  8. Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
  9. Immediate available is preferred.
