Supervisor - Administration & HR Department (Ref: SAHR/W/171212)


  • Responsible for developing and implementing HR system in supporting the business operations
  • Liaise and discuss with external system vendor on all matters relating to system implementation
  • Identify areas for enhancement in relation to operational efficiency and effectiveness, and contribute to the system development process
  • Develop HRIS documentation such as business processes, procedures and training manuals
  • Assist in other Human Resources and administrative duties
  • Perform ad-hoc project as assigned



  • University graduate in Human Resources Management / Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ work experience in HRIS, preferably in sizeable organizations with HRIS implementation experience
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Proactive, attention to details, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to meet deadlines
  • Good team player with positive and helpful attitude
  • Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • High PC literacy in MS Office applications, and proficient in Chinese words processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
